The city, area or country is not recognized corectly |

Please check the following:
Options > Configuration > Country Code
Your country code. It is numeric without leading zeros. For example Italy is 33.
Options > Configuration > Area code
Your area code (numeric without leading zeros).
Options > Call setup > Providers > (your provider) > Local prefixes - this should be completed only if your provider (operator) doesn'r require you to dial the local prefix.
For example:
Number in human format:
+40 21 3360556
The same number can be dialled as:
0040213360556
0213360556
3360556 - if you are in zone (004021) and you can dial a short number you must write in local prefixes 21.
